Privacy

Short version: if you subscribe, we store your email address. That's all.

Email updates

What we store: your email address, whether you confirmed it, and the dates you subscribed, confirmed or unsubscribed.
Double opt-in: nothing is sent except a confirmation email until you click the link in it.
What we send: short notes when a Keepware product ships a new release. Nothing else, and never anything paid.
Unsubscribe: every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. After that you won't hear from us again.
Sharing: your address is never sold or shared. It is stored on Cloudflare and passed to our email delivery provider only to send the messages you asked for.
Abuse protection: to rate-limit the signup form we keep a one-way, salted hash of your IP address for up to one hour. The IP itself is never stored.

No accounts, no tracking cookies, no ads.
We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts page views without cookies or fingerprinting.
Downloads don't require any personal information.

Each product describes its own data handling on its page. For example, CC Cadence never reads, stores or forwards your Claude tokens.

Unsubscribing marks your address as unsubscribed. To have it deleted entirely, reply to any Keepware email and ask.
